This small group of women have this time together to talk about what those things mean in their lives. The horses will dispel, reveal, expose, confirm, mirror, relate… whatever it is or needs to be to keep harmony. Oh, that’s the guardian dogs’ job… it’s all about creating safety with the herd whether that be a herd of 2 or more. So kinda, yea, harmony. Every horse has their position in the herd (as do we in our communities, workplace, family…) they take care to keep things on the downlow feeling the energies around them constantly on guard to the predators. Once they feel safe, they become more and more comfortable to show themselves and interact with us humans. The confidence and patience it takes to stand with a horse and work on communication… The courage it may take when the horse wants no contact with you and how to remain present, authentic and energetic… They tell the truth. The wisdom to know that something in your life may be keeping you from your highest good. Oh my. It takes breaking it down to one thing…LOVE. Making a stand to walk forward in your life accepting yourself and others as they are, often begins to unlock other areas of your life that have kept you heavy… horses require you to keep it light. I say, Be the light.
